The Fiaschetteria Toscana restaurant is in the heart of Venice, in Salizada S.Giovanni Grisostomo just a few steps from the Rialto bridge. It is run by Stefano, Mariuccia and Albino Busatto.
The restaurant has inside rooms and outdoor seating in a characteristic campiello with a magnificent sixteenth-century well in its center. It has a classical atmosphere and typically Venetian character.
A vast and qualified selection of the best Italian wines, about 500 from at least 150 winemakers, offers the right accompaniment for the rich range of dishes that make the most of local products: fish from our lagoon and immediate sea, and vegetables from our islands.
‘Dulcis in fondo’, nothing is more appropriate: it will be difficult to leave the table without yielding to the temptation of Mariuccia’s lovingly prepared sweets.
