Alberto and Dario Spezzamonte, two young brothers from Murano, opened their first restaurant in Venice in 2010 following their common passion, and after a couple of years they decided to move to a bigger establishment and started Estro – Vino e Cucina in June 2014.
Since the beginning they pursued the idea of making Estro a contemporary restaurant and wine bar for every food and wine lover from around the world.
Alberto is the chef alongside with Executive Alessandro Gazzola, and focus his vision of modern cuisine around fresh, local, in-season products, following and reinventing everyday the precious italian culinary tradition. Dario takes care of the diningroom; he is a wine lover specialized in Natural Wines. Today Estro offers one of the widest natural wine list you can find in all of Europe with over 600 hundreds references.
