Managed with great passion and a professional approach since 1960, the restaurant of the Wildner Hotel in Venice revisits and offers traditional Venetian and Italian dishes and serves them in a unique setting: the veranda overlooking the Riva degli Schiavoni where one can enjoy a magnificent view with the island of San Giorgio in the distance.
The evening lights make the scene even more romantic.

In recent years a great attention has been dedicated to the ingredients used in the restaurant and the menu has been enriched with dishes that include products sourced both from regional and national Slow Food Presidia, favouring those that are organically grown.
The wine list is also full of surprises as the most important national labels are listed with excellent wines from small Italian producers having a good value for money.

Luca Fullin, the restaurant’s enthusiastic and meticulous manager, is committed to sourcing the best products on the market for his customers’ delight.
